It’s no secret that E.L James’ Fifty Shades trilogy has some, let’s just call it bold, themes in it. While the movie focused more the relationship aspect, the couple’s first scene involving BDSM play works so well because it focuses not on sex itself, but on the senses and how they can heighten sexual experiences.

One of the most erotic films in this list, the film revolves around a young inexperienced woman who enters into a torrid relationship with an older millionaire (wait, this sounds familiar…). Does the film have good dialogue or plot? Not especially. Is it chalk full of erotic scenes? Absolutely.
This erotic thriller starried Heather Graham and Joseph Fiennes, while panned for it’s dead plot, scores a 10/10 on the hot meter! Maybe that was why the director chose to focus more on the intense sexual relationship between the two and not the plot. He’s certainly done a good job on that front.
